Eligibility

Vaada prides itself on authenticity. All vendors are strictly vetted. However, we reserve the right to verify, modify, or remove any listings that violate our marketplace policies regarding metal purity (hallmarking) and gemstone certification.
Orders & Payments
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product pricing or availability. Payments are processed via secured, encrypted gateways.
Shipping & Insurance
We partner with specialized logistics providers for high-value items. All shipments are insured during transit. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on security protocols or custom clearances.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Vaada, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the platform.
